Antonio Conte’s Inter is beginning to take shape with the Nerazzurri on the verge of signing Roma striker Edin Dzeko according to a report from Corriere dello Sport.
Inter have already agreed personal terms with the Bosnian forward and are now seeking a deal with Roma. Inter value Dzeko between €10-15 million while Roma are understood to want €20-25 million for the 33-year-old.
With Mauro Icardi set to leave, another striker will come in to help form Conte’s Inter. Conte wants the club to bring in Romelu Lukaku, a player he has long admired. Lukaku himself has recently shared his desire to one day play in Italy but reaching a deal with United over him won’t be easy for Inter.
If unable to reach a deal for Lukaku, Juventus’ Paulo Dybala could come in with recent speculation suggesting he and Icardi could be swapped.
Moving away from strikers, Inter have several other targets in mind, including Cagliari starlet Nicolo Barella. Inter also have their eyes on Fiorentina’s Federico Chiesa, Manchester United’s Matteo Darmian, Manchester City’s Danilo and Chelsea’s Victor Moses.
