Manchester United have told Romelu Lukaku that he can leave the club in the upcoming transfer window amid interest from Inter according to a report from British tabloid The Sun.

The Belgian returned from his Summer holiday in the USA to hold talks with United officials who made it clear they would not stand in the way of him leaving so long as Inter meet their demands for him.

As per the report, the Premier League outfit want around £75 million (approximately €85 million) for him and will not accept anything less.

They are however open to the possibility of Inter inserting players into the deal and are particularly keen on Milan Skriniar whilst they have also been linked with Ivan Perisic also.

During the 2018/19 season the 26-year-old striker made 45 appearances across all competitions for the Red Devils, who he joined in 2017.

In 3001 minutes, the former Chelsea striker scored 15 goals whilst also tallying four assists.
