Inter could end up sending young French winger Yann Karamoh as part payment to sign Nicoló Barella from Cagliari, according to Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia’s transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio.

According to the report, there are three names being discussed by Inter and Cagliari to add to the cash payment which the parties seem to have agreed on, and these are in addition to Karamoh former Sampdoria striker Eder and young Italian central defender Alessandro Bastoni who spent the past season on loan with Parma.

Therefore, Cagliari are asking Inter to include three players in their offer for Barella as well as a rather substantial cash payment.

Furthermore, Inter have met with Barella’s agent today and they were told that the player is is very keen on making the move to the Nerazzurri who in turn affirmed that they want to close these negotiations as soon as possible.
