Inter will complete the signing of Roma striker Edin Dzeko after the player finishes his international duties with Bosnia next week, according to Gazzetta dello Sport.

Dzeko, 33, has agreed a three-year deal with the Nerazzurri, worth €4.5 million per season in wages, after talks over a contract extension with the capital club faded.

Antonio Conte has given the green light to sign the striker and considers Dzeko to be his ideal centre-forward both for technical qualities and experience.

Inter will pay Roma €10-12 million to sign him as well as sending a young player to the Giallorossi, although it has not yet been decided who.

Dzeko will play his final two matches of the 2018-19 season next week when Bosnia face Finland and Italy in Euro 2020 qualifying.

Following the completion of those fixtures the player will be free to sign for the Nerazzurri, who are also expected to welcome Cagliari midfielder Nicolo Barella in the coming weeks.
