Inter have told Radja Nainggolan’s agent his client could be surprisingly sold this summer, according to Corriere della Sera.

Nainggolan endured a torrid 2018-19 season which was plighted by injury woes and disciplinary issues, albeit he scored the goal that secured Inter’s qualification for the Champions League on the final day.

The Belgian would naturally want to return to Roma if he were to leave, but Inter cannot accept offers below €29 million if they wish to avoid making a net loss.

Antonio Conte also wants Mauro Icardi and Ivan Perisic to depart after telling the club he does not want any players who are not fully committed to his new project.

Beppe Marotta hopes to meet Wanda Nara for talks about Icardi next week but he will also need to discuss Perisic’s future, after the Croatian asked to be sold to Arsenal in January.

Inter flew to Madrid yesterday to hold talks with Real Madrid over the possible loan return of Mateo Kovacic.
