Inter have sparked an interest in signing Eintracht Frankfurt attacker Ante Rebic in the Summer transfer window according to a report from Tuttosport.

The German outfit tried their best to deter interest by signing the Croatian to a new long-term deal late last year but it does not appear to have had the desired affect.

The 25-year-old only joined his current employers last July but was given a brand new contract off the back of his performances at the World Cup just a month later with a plethora of clubs keen on him.

The Turin based newspaper believe that Rebic has the ideal characteristics to fit into Antonio Conte’s plans for the Inter attack. Conte wants to have one strong striker and a more agile one as his partner, Rebic would be the latter.

During the 2018/19 season, the former Fiorentina player made 38 appearances across all competitions. In 2514 minutes on the park, he scored 10 goals and tallied six assists.
