Inter chief executive Giuseppe ‘Beppe’ Marotta and manager Antonio Conte both want to see Paulo Dybala in an Inter shirt next season according to a report from Gazzetta dello Sport.

A swap deal involving Mauro Icardi and Dybala has long been rumoured in the media and Inter are strongly in favour of such a deal happening however they will have to try and convince Dybala.

Marotta and Conte have a few ideas that they think could help convince the 25-year-old to accept the swap to join the Nerazzurri.

The first is to give Dybala guarantees that he would be the star man in the team and not marginalised, unlike what has happened to him at Juventus since Cristiano Ronaldo arrived last Summer.

They both believe that having a manager who believes in him in Conte could also help out. Conte believes in him and is a long term admirer of his talents. Whilst at Chelsea he attempted to make a move for him and he is convinced that he can get Dybala back to his best.

The report goes on to state that Marotta’s involvement could also factor into convincing Dybala too. For Dybala, Marotta would be a guarantee and a security policy of sorts.
