Aleksandar Kolarov is understood to be tempted by the prospect of joining Inter in the Summer transfer window according to a report from Corriere dello Sport.

The Serbian defender has already spoken with his representatives, who are already in contact with Inter, regarding the Nerazzurri’s interest in his services.

Kolarov could in fact be part of the deal that will see Roma teammate Edin Dzeko join Inter but in order for this to happen he will either need to come free or at a small price.

The moves for Dzeko and Kolarov are certainly not moves for the future but rather an opportunity for new Inter manager Antonio Conte to bring in two very experienced players to help him in his first few seasons at the club.

Kolarov, who is renowned for his ability at set-pieces, has just a year left to run on his contract with the Giallorossi and made 43 appearances in the 2018/19 season, scoring nine goals and assisting twice in the process.
