Inter and Roma are discussing a wide range of players they could include in the deal taking Edin Dzeko to the Nerazzurri.

Il Messaggero today reported as many as six names are in the mix as the clubs study the best way to balance their respective books with capital gains before 30 June.

Inter could include Dalbert, Ionut Radu, Andrea Pinamonti or Davide Merola in the deal, although Pinamonti is more a request of Roma’s than an offer from their side.

Roma value Dzeko at €25 million – contrary to recent reports from other sources suggesting they valued him at €20 million – and could raise funds by selling Aleksandar Kolarov or Alessandro Florenzi.

The parties remain fairly distant at present, with Roma president James Pallotta said to be ‘irritated’ at Inter’s offer of a straight swap involving Pinamonti and Dzeko.

Conte has made an express request to sign Florenzi and suggested Inter offer Dalbert and some extra cash to secure the Italian.

Whatever deal the clubs reach it is almost certain not to include Mauro Icardi, with the paper explaining the rumours linking Roma to the striker as an attempt from Beppe Marotta to give Juventus the hurry up, with the Bianconeri are currently low-balling Inter.
