Mauro Icardi is planning a grotesque act of sabotage by rejecting all offers from other clubs to block Inter’s summer transfer market.

Sport Mediaset today reported the forward is determined to put his foot down and thwart any attempt from the Nerazzurri’s management to sell him elsewhere.

Roma and Juventus are both interested in the 26-year-old and have been linked with swap deals involving Edin Dzeko and Paulo Dybala, but Icardi and agent Wanda Nara will decline all advances.

Icardi hopes his intransigence will deny Inter the chance to sign any attacking players beyond Dzeko and force the club to count upon him again next year.

Inter CEO Beppe Marotta hopes to meet Wanda in the coming days to reiterate the club’s hard-line stance against their former captain.

However, Marotta may need to call in help from head coach Antonio Conte to talk Icardi into leaving, having excluded him from his plans for the new season.
