Inter are one of several clubs waiting for Napoli right-back Elseid Hysaj to make a decision regarding his future, according to Sportitalia.

Hysaj recently confirmed he wished to leave the Partenopei this summer and is said to be waiting for a call from Juventus, who are about to appoint his former head coach Maurizio Sarri.

The 25-year-old would give preference the Bianconeri if Sarri’s arrival were confirmed as he produced the best performances of his career under him in Naples.

Inter could become a more favourable destination should the deal fall through, but at the moment they are waiting to see how the situation evolves.

Hysaj joined Napoli in a €5 million deal from Empoli in 2015 and has made 170 appearances for them in all competitions, playing 27 league matches under Carlo Ancelotti last season.

The defender also boasts 47 caps for the Albanian national team, with whom he participated at Euro 2016 in France.
