Romelu Lukaku last night told reporters he already knew what would happen to him this summer amid strong interest from Inter.

Lukaku scored twice as Belgium recorded a 3-0 win over Scotland in Euro 2020 qualifying, rounding off a difficult season in which he scored 12 goals for Manchester United.

Speaking to Sky Sports, the striker invited the Red Devils to provide clarity on what they aimed to do with him ahead of next season.

“It’s the club that has to speak for itself,” Lukaku said when asked about his future.

“I’m not here to talk about transfer rumours, I’m just here to play my football.

“I’m going to enjoy myself on holiday with my family now. I know what I’m going to do but I don’t want to say it. We’ll see.

“It will be a busy summer.”

Lukaku is Antonio Conte’s first-choice target in attack as the club seek to sell Mauro Icardi to Juventus.
