Roma’s Bosnian international striker Edin Dzeko, opened the door for the first time publicly to a transfer to Inter, when speaking to Italian broadcaster RAI, after the Euro 2020 qualifier against Italy, which Bosnia lost 2-1 after the Dzeko opened the scoring in the first half.

The former Manchester City striker did not deny the rumors that state that he is close to making the switch from Rome and Roma to Milano and Inter.

“I am still a Roma player, now finally I am going on holiday after a very long season. We will begin from this point then we will see what happens.”

The former Wolfsburg striker Dzeko, joined Roma in the summer of 2015 for a reported fee of €15 million, leaving Premier League outfit Manchester City to play in the Serie A.

Since making the switch to the Giallorossi, Dzeko has featured 179 times across all competitions, scoring 87 goals in the process.
