Inter target Romelu Lukaku is worth twice as much as Mauro Icardi in today’s transfer market, according to an independent report released this week.

The International Centre for Sports Studies regularly values all players in Europe’s top five leagues, using criteria such as age, contract and international status.

Manchester United forward Lukaku is ranked 15th in the latest figures with a market value of €125.2 million, with Icardi all the way down in 99th at just €61.3 million.

Icardi’s Inter team-mate Milan Skriniar is in 64th place and is valued at €69.7 million, with the Nerazzurri’s reported transfer target Paulo Dybala 23rd on €108.2 million.

Paris Saint-Germain forward Kylian Mbappe tops the list with a staggering valuation of €252 million, closely followed by Liverpool’s Mohamed Salah on €219.6 million.

Manchester City forward Raheem Sterling’s €207.8 million puts him third while Lionel Messi, Jadon Sancho, Sadio Mane, Harry Kane, Roberto Firmino, Antoine Griezmann and Leroy Sane complete the top 10.
