Inter will hold Antonio Conte’s first press conference as the club’s new head coach in their brand new Milan headquarters, according to Gazzetta dello Sport.

Conte will inaugurate the 2019-20 season and his tenure as Nerazzurri boss on 7 July, before the team head to Lugano for a seven-day preseason training camp.

Inter officially moved into their new offices yesterday, located at the top of a modern building named The Corner in the centre of Milan.

“Steven Zhang, Javier Zanetti, Beppe Marotta and Alessandro Antonello all moved into their new offices yesterday,” Gazzetta reported this morning.

“They all turned up in Viale della Liberazione for an official tour and had a look around the five floors reserved for Inter.”

Inter’s new offices will belong to the club for at least the next six years and were described by the paper as ‘a symphony of modernity’.

“The meeting rooms are named after countries, as a sign of the club’s international image, as well as famous players from the past such as Samuel Eto’o and Inter’s German champions.

“The escalator doors have the logo for BUU on them, representing Inter’s anti-racism campaign Brothers Universally United, while the panoramic terrace overlooking the UniCredit Tower and the Bosco Verticale has a synthetic pitch and Inter-themed table football tables.

“The most symbolic floor is the ninth, where you can walk in between Inter’s historic shirts and access their interactive trophy room, with the 2010 Champions League which dominates all their other trophies.

“It’s a good way of reminding you what Inter have already done and what they want to do in the future.”
