Juventus will only spend up to €65 million to sign Mauro Icardi from Inter this summer, according to Corriere di Torino.

The Bianconeri have revived their interest for the forward after attempting to set up a swap deal with Gonzalo Higuain twelve months ago.

Inter are unlikely to receive the offer they would want, though, as their arch rivals study the best way to secure Icardi on the cheap.

Juventus are also said to be against the idea of a swap deal involving Paulo Dybala, which Beppe Marotta has been trying to organise during the last few weeks.

Rumours in Turin suggest Icardi was spotted in the city alongside wife and agent Wanda Nara last week, before the couple flew to Japan for their summer holiday.

The paper was unable to confirm their sighting, however, with shopkeepers and owners in the area in question assuring they would have noticed them.

Icardi’s arrival in Turin would almost certainly guarantee Higuain leaves Juventus, despite returning from a loan to Chelsea last month.
