Inter and Roma are still some way apart in negotiations over Edin Dzeko but he will be with Inter for their pre-season retreat in Lugano according to a report from Milan based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport.

The Bosnian forward agreed personal terms with Inter way back in March and is ready to sign a three-year deal worth €4,5 million a season if/when the clubs come to an agreement over his transfer.

Inter have only wanted to spend around €10 million on him since negotiations began due to his age and the fact his contract with the capital city club expires at the end of next season.

Roma on the other hand are demanding double that for the 33-year-old and their attempts to get Andrei Radu and Andrea Pinamonti included in the deal have proved unsuccessful.

This past season Dzeko made 40 appearances across all competitions for the Giallorossi. In nearly 3200 minutes on the field he scored 14 and assisted 11.
