Antonio Conte wants to meet Ivan Perisic for face-to-face talks before Inter look to sell the Croatian international, according to Corriere dello Sport.

Arsenal are once again being linked with Perisic after making an approach in January, with manager Unai Emery asking for fresh information.

Perisic’s agent Nelio Lucas met Piero Ausilio in Milan recently and the paper cited this as evidence ‘something is coming to the boil’.

But Conte does not want the 30-year-old to leave before they have discussed Perisic’s future at Inter’s preseason training camp in Lugano, having already spoken on the phone.

Perisic has rejected offers from Chinese Super League clubs as he wants to remain in Europe if he is sold.

The forward is known to be keen on a move to England after attracting interest from Manchester United and Arsenal during the last two years.

He scored nine goals and created eight assists last season as Inter secured a fourth-place finish in Serie A.
