Inter will meet Hertha Berlin tomorrow in an attempt to agree a deal for midfielder Valentino Lazaro, according to Sky Sport.

The Nerazzurri have offered €20 million for the Austrian international while the Bundesliga club have lowered their asking price from €28 million to €25 million plus bonuses.

Inter will try and move closer to an overall agreement and are hopeful a deal can be completed in short order.

Lazaro could become Inter’s third signing of the summer if Stefano Sensi and Edin Dzeko join the club before the 23-year-old.

The midfielder scored three goals and seven assists for Hertha last season as they secured an 11th-place finish in Germany’s top flight.

Antonio Conte views him as the ideal player to fill the right wing-back position in his 3-5-2 role, although Inter have been following Lazaro for several years.

Lazaro almost joined the club in 2012 but a last-minute change of heart from his mother saw talks fall through.
