Inter and Roma have not agreed a deal for Edin Dzeko to join the Nerazzurri yet, according to Corriere della Sera.

The clubs appeared to have found an agreement on Tuesday evening when it was reported Inter would pay €12 million plus Edoardo Vergani.

The 18-year-old is reluctant to join the Giallorossi, though, meaning talks will have to continue in the hunt for another makeweight.

Vergani’s agent Federico Pastorello categorically denied the reports on Wednesday evening, but talks have certainly slowed again whatever the reason.

The paper also provided updates on the rest of Inter’s transfer dealings, confirming the club would sign Valentino Lazaro for €22 million pluss add-ons.

The 23-year-old scored three goals and created seven assists for Hertha Berlin and will sign a five-year deal worth €1.5 million per season.

Mauro Icardi and Radja Nainggolan are on their way out and have both been offered to Manchester United in a part-exchange deal for Romelu Lukaku, who will otherwise cost €80 million.

Borja Valero is destined to stay at Inter, however, despite interest from Fiorentina.

Yann Karamoh and Andrea Adorante are expected to join Parma while Genoa are the club who stand the best chance of signing Andrea Pinamonti on loan.
