Inter have all but reached an agreement with Troyes to sign 17-year-old centre-back Etienne Kinkoue, according to Sky Sport.

The Nerazzurri are highly active in the French market and are about to announce the arrival of midfielder Lucien Agoume from Sochaux.

Agoume plays with Kinkoue in France’s under-17 side, but it seems the pair could be about to become teammates at club level as well.

Kinkoue has made four appearances for Les Bleus after making his debut in December 2018, when he scored in a cameo appearance against Italy.

Inter have spent the majority of June looking to sell their brightest academy prospects in a bid to satisfy Financial Fair Play requirements.

However, the club remain firmly committed to their youth system and do not intend to weaken their youth teams without signing replacements.

Kinkoue’s probable arrival is a further sign of their desire to keep producing talented youngsters, which helped Inter reach four youth finals last season.
