Diego Godin has told Inter supporters he is ‘very motivated’ for his new challenge after joining the Nerazzurri on a free transfer.
Inter announced the Uruguayan defender’s arrival early this morning after signing him up on a three-year deal.
Godin will take an extended holiday after Uruguay’s run to the Copa America quarter-finals before he joins up with his new team later this month.
“Thank you everyone for the messages,” the 33-year-old said on Twitter.
