Cagliari’s Italian international midfielder Nicolo Barella has made up his mind that he want to move to Inter where he will play under newly appointed Nerazzurri coach Antonio Conte, Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia reports.

According to the report, despite the statement made by Cagliari President Tommaso Giulini, that the club from Sardinia has an agreement with Rome, the player himself has a deal with the Nerazzurri which he intends to respect.

The player’s agent, Alessandro Beltrami, is right now in talks with Roma but according to Sky Sport Italia’s Luca Marchetti, Barella’s position is crystal clear: he wants a move to Inter to play for Antonio Conte.

Therefore, Inter’s position is that they have made an offer that represent the true value of Barella and given the player’s will, the situation is far from concluded as the Nerazzurri are continuing to work to try and find a solution to bring Barella to Milano as soon as possible.
