Inter refuse to give in to Roma’s high price tag on Bosnian international striker Edin Dzeko and are prepared to wait one season to sign him on a free transfer, when his current deal with the Giallorossi expires next summer.

This according to Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia’s transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio who reports that Dzeko will play for Inter, it is only a matter of time before he pulls on a black and blue shirt.

This because there is already a deal in place between Inter and the former Manchester City player, a deal that both parties intend to keep.

The Giallorossi are asking for more money in order to be able to find a replacement for Dzeko and the club find themselves in a stronger position after having been able to fulfill the capital gains requirement by June 30.

But Inter remain convinced that they will not pay an inflated transfer fee to sign Dzeko
