Inter are well covered in terms of goalkeeping options when Samir Handanovic leaves the club, as Tuttosport explained today.

The Slovenian has spent the last seven seasons between the sticks for the Nerazzurri but will turn 35 next weekend.

Inter needn’t worry about finding a new keeper, though, because they will have three promising youngsters out on loan this year.

Ionut Radu will play again for Genoa, Michele Di Gregorio will represent Pordenone in Serie B and Gabriel Brazao will soon be loaned out as well.

Radu is the oldest of the three keepers and has now enjoyed a full season playing in Serie A, impressing onlookers in Liguria last season.

The 22-year-old made some of the best saves supporters witnessed in Italy’s top flight and then helped Romania reach the semi-finals of the under-21 Euros in Italy.

Di Gregorio has spent two seasons playing in Serie C with Renate and Novara but will play in Serie B for the next twelve months.

Pordenone finalised a loan move for the youngster yesterday and will help Inter gain more information about whether he would be a suitable replacement for Handanovic.

Brazao has not made a single appearance in Italy yet since joining Parma from Cruzero in January.

The keeper will continue to learn the ropes this season but it remains unclear where he will be sent.

Inter will keep Brazao on their books for preseason training before studying whichever offers arrive.
