Juventus Director Paratici Met Wanda Nara Asking Her Not To Accept Napoli’s €60M Offer For Inter’s Icardi

Juventus Sporting Director Fabio Paratici met with Wanda Nara, the agent of former Inter captain Mauro Icardi, in Ibiza today to try and convince her to wait for the Bianconeri to make an offer in a few weeks, Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia’s transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio reports.

According to the report, Paratici confirmed to Wanda Nara that Juventus want to sign her husband under certain conditions but not right now, because the Bianconeri need to first sell Mario Mandzukic and Gonzalo Higuain.

This is to try and prevent Napoli from signing the Argentinian striker, a Napoli who are prepared to make a €60 million offer with add-ons excluded soon.

Paratici did this because, according to the report, he knows that Mauro Icardi prefers a move to Juventus over Napoli, and by informing his wife/agent of this, they wont be tempted by prematurely accepting a move to Carlo Ancelotti’s Napoli.

This is very inconvenient for Inter who need to first sell Mauro Icardi before signing Manchester United’s Belgian striker Romelu Lukaku, with whom they need to start negotiations for before the English transfer window closes early August.
