Dani Alves has dismissed media speculation concerning his future ahead of tonight’s Copa America final between Brazil and Peru.

The veteran right back, who is now a free agent following his release from Paris St. Germain last month, has drawn reported interest from Inter among others in the past few days.

“Now is not the time to talk about my future. We have worked hard to get this far so how could I think of my next club right now,” he told reporters ahead of the match.

“Right now, I am an employee of the Brazilian national team and I will try to give everything I have in order to defend these colours.”

The 36-year-old, who is widely regarded as one of the best full backs to have played during this century, made 32 appearances across all competitions last season for the French giants in which he scored three goals and tallied eight assists.
