Inter Striker Icardi Has Already Chosen Juventus As Next Destination

Mauro Icardi has already decided he will move to Juventus if he leaves Inter this summer, Tuttosport reported today.

The Bianconeri are hopeful they can secure the forward for less than €50 million towards the end of the transfer window, asking Icardi for patience in the meantime.

They will offer Inter’s former captain €10 million per season in wages, making him one of the highest paid players in Serie A behind Cristiano Ronaldo.

“Juventus are like a crocodile lurking just beneath the surface of the water,” the paper evocatively suggested this morning.

“They’re waiting for their prey to come towards them before making their first bite. Icardi is the prey in question and he is more than happy to be bitten by the Juventus crocodile.

“Kicked out by Inter, Juve would offer him the financial and sporting step up he has been waiting for in the last six years.”

Icardi will have the chance to choose his next destination and it appears he has already settled on a move to Turin.

Inter do not wish to sell him on the cheap, but the Nerazzurri’s bargaining hand will only become weaker as time passes.
