Filip Stankovic today revealed his delight at training alongside Inter’s first-team players in preseason.

The 17-year-old goalkeeper, son of treble-winner Dejan, was included in Antonio Conte’s squad for this week’s summer camp in Switzerland.

Stankovic said he was enjoying the hard work and added that he expected the Nerazzurri to have a great season.

“It’s a dream come true to be training with these great players,” the Serbian told Inter TV.

“It’s been tough because I’m not used to training this hard with the Primavera, but I’m slowly getting used to it.

“I’m getting on very well with my fellow goalkeepers Samir Handanovic, Daniele Padelli and Tommaso Berni. Whenever I make a mistake they correct me immediately.”

Filip said his father had told him ‘never to give up’ and that every training session was important at Inter.

“The coach is working well from a tactical point of view and I think we’ll have great results this season,” he finished.
