Inter are keeping a close eye on developments concerning Sergej Milinkovic-Savic and could make a move for him according to a report from Corriere della Sera.

Manchester United have shown a strong interest in signing the Serbian midfielder but due to United’s leadership not all seeing Milinkovic-Savic as Paul Pogba’s replacement, things have not progressed as one would have perhaps expected.

Juventus also showed an interest but that has since faded whilst Paris Saint Germain have slowed in their pursuit of the 24-year-old.

As things stand, Inter have not taken any definitive steps toward signing him due to first wanting to grant manager Antonio Conte’s wishes for the attack in the shape of the signings of Edin Dzeko and Romelu Lukaku.

Inter, as per the report, are expected to make their move in the coming weeks and could well offer midfielder Roberto Gagliardini as part of the deal to soften the blow for the Italian capital club.
