According to the latest reports from Corriere dello Sport, Radja Nainggolan is set to join his Inter teammates on their Asia tour next week. Unlike Mauro Icardi, he is not completely unwanted by the club and was indeed permitted to carry out tactical exercises along with the rest of the squad during yesterday’s training session. Indeed, the Belgian also retains a lot of affection from large sections of the club’s fan base.

While the presence of Nicolo Barella and Matias Vecino will inevitably limit his opportunities, Nainggolan’s situation is clearly completely different to that of the aforementioned Icardi.

If reports are to be believed, the former Cagliari and Roma man has already rejected an offer from Galatasaray, as well as approaches from Chinese Super League sides Dalian Yifang and Jiangsu Suning. Only time will tell whether he is given a reprieve by Antonio Conte and members of the Inter board.
