Roma director Gianluca Petrachi remained particularly tight lipped when quizzed on Edin Dzeko’s future with the club amid continued reported interest from Inter as Roma presented new signing Leonardo Spinazzola.

“Have there been steps forward in talks with Inter for Dzeko? I do not wish to speak about players individually. I am very quiet and I do not like to give advantages. I work in a unique way,” he explained to the gathered media.

As per reports Inter’s latest offer for the Bosnian was €12 million but the Giallorossi are instead holding out for €20 million.

Petrachi was also asked about Alessandro Florenzi, who has also drawn links to Inter due to his previous history with Antonio Conte.

“As for Florenzi, he is the captain of Roma and I never put him on the market. If offers arrive, they will be evaluated, but I never called anyone to say he was available.”
