Mauro Icardi’s wife, and agent, Wanda Icardi met with Napoli sporting director Cristiano Giuntoli last week in Milan to discuss a possible transfer according to a report from Corriere dello Sport.

Giuntoli revealed terms on what 26-year-old Icardi could possibly earn as a salary and also discussed the issue of image rights.

The Partenopei are however not the only club believed to be interest in signing the Argentine, who has been told he is no longer deemed part of the Inter project in recent weeks.

Serie A champions Juventus are also interested and as per the report, Icardi would ultimately favour a move to Turin but as of yet the Bianconeri have not submitted an offer for him.

Icardi would prefer a move to the Allianz Stadium due to the proximity to Milan as it would mean his family could continue to live in Milan, where they have just bought a new home.

Juventus boss Maurizio Sarri is a big fan of Icardi and the report concludes that Icardi is yet to make a definitive decision on where his future lies.
