Antonio Conte will explore the possibility of playing Ivan Perisic and Valentino Lazaro together during Inter’s Asian tour, according to Corriere dello Sport.

Both players featured in Sunday’s 2-1 victory against Lugano but at no stage were they on the pitch simultaneously.

Perisic and Lazaro demonstrated their qualities going forward but it remains to be seen whether Inter would have enough balance against tougher opposition.

“Conte will need to find out whether they can be effective together out of possession,” the paper reported this morning.

“If he played both at the same time Inter would have two wing-backs capable of driving at their opponents, but you need to have cover at the back as well.”

Inter will face Manchester United in Singapore on Saturday, before the Nerazzurri move to Nanjing ahead of a match with Juventus.

Paris Saint-Germain will provide their final opposition on tour before Conte’s side play Tottenham and Valencia on their return to Europe.
