Lorenzo Pirola was one of a host of Inter youngsters to be given a taste of the first team during Sunday’s friendly win over Lugano and he has taken to social media to celebrate.

“Happy to have made my debut for the first team,” he posted to Instagram as a caption to an image of himself in action.
