Radja Nainggolan will have to change Antonio Conte’s mind about his off-pitch lifestyle in order to save his Inter career, according to Gianluca Di Marzio.

The midfielder has been included in the Nerazzurri’s squad for their preseason tour in Asia but his future remains very much in doubt.

Conte does not dispute Nainggolan’s qualities as a player but is concerned he is not disciplined enough to be part of his new-look squad.

Inter are looking to offload the Belgian along with his teammate Mauro Icardi, but no official offers have arrived for either so far.

Nainggolan received a hero’s welcome last summer when he joined Inter from Roma, but the 30-year-old endured a difficult debut season.

He scored the goal that secured Champions League qualification on the final day of the 2018-19 Serie A season, but struggled for form amid injury problems and disciplinary issues.

Inter suspended Nainggolan from their Boxing Day fixture against Napoli after he had repeatedly arrived late for training.
