Radja Nainggolan is unlikely to change Antonio Conte’s mind about his future at the club despite being taken to Asia for Inter’s preseason tour, according to Corriere dello Sport.

The midfielder is not part of Conte’s plans for the coming season with reports the coach has concerns about his off-pitch discipline.

Nainggolan was excluded from Sunday’s victory against Lugano and he will again be left out of Inter’s prestige friendlies against Manchester United, Juventus and Paris Saint-Germain.

“He wants to convince Conte to give him another chance but he doesn’t stand much of a chance,” Corriere assured this morning.

“The club’s idea is still to send him on loan somewhere.”

Nainggolan scored seven goals in his debut season for Inter, including one on the final day that secured a fourth-place finish in Serie A and Champions League qualification.

Conte does not seem interested in harnessing the talent he still has, though, instead agreeing with the club to put the 30-year-old on the transfer market.
