Inter’s management are weighing up several players who could prove suitable left wing back’s in Antonio Conte’s system according to a report from Tuttosport.

With Conte publicly declaring Ivan Perisic as incapable for the role and Dalbert seemingly destined to depart, the Nerazzurri need another left wing back.

Manchester United’s Matteo Darmian is one player under consideration but not the only player plying his trade in the Premier League that Inter are looking at.

Chelsea duo Marcos Alonso and Emerson Palmieri are also being thought about but signing them will be difficult due to Chelsea’s transfer ban meaning the blues may not be so keen to deal either knowing they can’t bring in a replacement.

Roma’s Aleksandar Kolarov is someone Inter have been linked to for some time now but Inter are currently focused on negotiations with Roma for Edin Dzeko.

Fiorentina’s Cristiano Biraghi is yet another player. Fiorentina value him at €15 million but Inter could reduce his price by including Borja Valero in a deal.

Finally there is Eintracht Frankfurt’s Filip Kostic. The Serbian player has intrigued the Inter leadership and Inter have already spoken with an intermediary about him.
