The future of Inter’s Brazilian fullback Dalbert remains very uncertain, according to Italian media outlet FcInterNews who report that a meeting between the player’s agent, and Ligue 1 club AS Monaco has been scheduled for early August.

According to the report, however, the former Nice player, could still end up staying at Inter, as the Nerazzurri coach Antonio Conte could change his mind and decide to keep the player, something his selection in the friendly matches so far suggest is a possibility.

Especially, after the former Chelsea and Juventus coach recently stated that Ivan Perisic is not suited for that role, thus placing the Croat on the list of players that could leave Inter this summer.

However, should Dalbert leave Inter will not accept an offer below €20 million given that they have to pay 20% of the transfer fee to former club Nice, which is the reason they declined Lyon’s offer of €15 million.

Since then Lyon have moved on to other targets, but FcinterNews suggest that a meeting between the player’s agent and Monaco has been scheduled in early August to see if a deal can be made.

In the meantime, Dalbert continues to train with the Nerazzurri, and if he should continue to impress Antonio Conte, the Brazilian could end up staying at Inter, especially if Monaco fail to satisfy Inter’s asking price.
