Inter could make a combined offer to sign both Romelu Lukaku and Matteo Darmian from Manchester United according to a report from broadcaster Sport Mediaset.
Inter and Manchester United have been in negotiations over Lukaku for some time but there is considerable distance between what Inter are willing to offer and what United are demanding for the Belgian.
As per the report, the Nerazzurri will submit an offer of €80 million for the pair, in the hope of finally unlocking what has been a very complicated pursuit for Lukaku for them.
Darmian is largely out-of-favour at Old Trafford and his arrival would meet Inter’s needs for another player who is capable of playing at wing back in manager Antonio Conte’s system.
The Italian, who last played in Italy for Torino, is a player who has long been linked with a move to San Siro and has just one year left on his contract at the Premier League club.
