Radja Nainggolan’s return to Cagliari this summer is more than just an idea, according to Corriere della Sera.

The Inter midfielder could move back to Sardinia on a free loan deal, which would make it possible for the Rossoblu to afford his wages.

Antonio Conte has repeatedly made it clear to Nainggolan he is not part of his plans in Milan, despite bringing him on tour to Asia.

Nainggolan sat out the International Champions Cup matches against Manchester United and Juventus, and he will do the same against Paris Saint-Germain.

Corriere also provided an update on Miranda, another player Inter are looking to offload before the new season starts.

The Brazilian is close to completing a move to Inter’s sister club Jiangsu Suning, having been linked with Monaco earlier this week.

Miranda saw his game time drastically reduced under Luciano Spalletti last year following the arrival of Stefan de Vrij.

Conte has not given any consideration to either Miranda or Nainggolan during preseason, and it seems he is merely waiting for them to go.
