Inter chief executive Alessandro Antonello has shared his delight following the conclusion of Inter’s pre-season tour of Asia.
“The pre-season tour of Asia was very demanding but positive at the same time for creating team spirit. There was a lot of hard work for the team and for us directors who worked on sponsors in China,” he told the gathered media upon landing at Milan’s Malpensa airport.
Next he shared what Inter majority shareholder Jindong Zhang.
“He asked us to continue on the road we have started on, with determination, desire and passion. The hard work is what brings the results.”
He was also asked about the stadium.
“There is no new news on the stadium front. We are awaiting for the analysis of the city council. In the next 90 days we will see what their decision is.”
He concluded by speaking on Antonio Conte’s arrival.
“The foundations have been set. We have seen the footprint of Conte, who has already influenced the approach of the boys. The road is still long and there is much room for improvement”.
