Pietro Pellegri’s agent has offered the forward to Inter during the club’s talks with Monaco for Joao Mario and Dalbert, according to Libero.
Inter are looking to offload as many unwanted squad players as possible in the next few days, in order to finance a move for Manchester United forward Romelu Lukaku.
Monaco are interested in taking Mario and Dalbert off the Nerazzurri’s hands, but they might not have enough cash to sign both.
Giuseppe Riso has suggested Pellegri join Inter as part of the deal, though it is unclear how the French club responded to this idea.
Pellegri, 18, missed almost the entire 2018-19 season due to a groin injury, making just three appearances at the beginning of the campaign.
In December 2016, the Italian equalled Amedeo Amadei’s 79-year record as the youngest player to make his debut in Serie A, playing for Genoa aged 15 years and 280 days.
Inter hoped to raise the money necessary to sign Lukaku by selling Mauro Icardi, but their former captain is still unwilling to countenance a departure.
Libero also confirmed Inter were due to meet Roma again today to revive talks for Edin Dzeko, with the plan of making a new €15 million offer.
