Inter have four names on their transfer list if Antonio Conte asks them to sign another wing-back, according to Tuttosport.

Kwadwo Asamoah, Dalbert, Antonio Candreva and Danilo D’Ambrosio are the only players Conte currently has available for the wide positions in his 3-5-2 system.

Dalbert has been on the transfer market throughout the summer, however, while D’Ambrosio is likely to play more often at centre-back.

Filip Kostic from Eintracht Frankfurt, Cristiano Biraghi from Fiorentina, Emerson Palmieri from Chelsea and Layvin Kurzawa from PSG are all realistic options.

Tuttosport said this morning: “Knowing Conte, it’s more than likely he will request an extra reinforcement, but a lot will depend on Ivan Perisic’s eventual departure.

“As Inter struggle to get deals done for strikers, it’s vital they sell players so they can complete their squad in other departments.”

Perisic seems no closer to leaving Inter now than he was two weeks ago, when Conte publicly confirmed he was unsuited to playing on the left-hand side of his midfield.

The Premier League’s transfer window closes in eight days’ time and the only club who seem interested are Monaco.
