Roma have now raised their demands for Edin Dzeko amid continued interest in his services from fellow Serie A club Inter according to a report from La Repubblica.

Giallorossi manager Paulo Fonseca wishes to keep the Bosnian forward in the Italian capital although the 33-year-old has other ideas as he has long wanted a move to Inter.

Previously Roma had been demanding €20 million for Dzeko but now with Fonseca wishing to keep ahold of him, they want €20 million with bonuses attached to part ways with him.

The Roma management are going to try and convince him to change his mind about leaving and are now even open to renewing his contract with the club that is due to expire at the end of this coming season.

It now remains to be seen whether Inter will continue their interest or abandon their pursuit of the former Manchester City striker, who scored 14 goals across all competitions last season.
