Cristiano Biraghi’s potential Summer transfer window switch to Inter is dependent on Ivan Perisic according to a report from Gazzetta dello Sport.

Inter have been linked with a move for the left back, who came through their academy, with some reports even suggesting a swap deal involving either Borja Valero or Matteo Politano could take place.

Dalbert’s surprising performances in pre-season have cast doubt over Biraghi’s possible move back to the Nerazzurri but the Milan based newspaper state that if Monaco linked Ivan Perisic is to leave then Biraghi’s chances of a return will undoubtedly increase.

Inter have been interested in bringing Biraghi back for around six months and his appearances in the Italian national team and continued progress has entirely convinced Inter about him.

The 26-year-old still has three years left to run on his contract with La Viola, who he has played for since 2018.

Last season he made 40 appearances across all competitions in which he scored one goal and tallied six assists.
