Inter are ready to make a new and improved bid to Manchester United for top transfer target Romelu Lukaku according to a report from Sky Sport.

Inter’s most recent offer as per many reports totalled €65 million and it is believed that their upcoming offer will be less than €83 million.

The Belgian striker has also been subject to interest from Inter’s arch-rivals Juventus but their move for him has seemingly collapsed after Paulo Dybala refused to leave in favour of remaining with the Turin club. Mario Mandzukic also looks set to remain at Juventus having also drawn links to the Premier League side.

The report from the broadcaster goes on to state that it is growing increasingly likely that Lukaku will remain with the Premier League club.

The 26-year-old striker has been one of the most prolific strikers in England’s top flight in the past few seasons with him scoring over 100 times between West Brom, Everton and United.
