Barcelona are prepared to consider offers for Inter’s reported transfer target Arturo Vidal, according to Mundo Deportivo.

The Catalan giants believe the midfielder is capable of providing an important contribution this season, but they are also aware his departure could deliver them an important sum of money.

Should an offer arrives which happens to satisfy both Barca and Vidal, the paper assured it will definitely be evaluated properly.

Inter are thought to be interested in a loan signing later this month, but these reports were not confirmed by sources close to the club.

Vidal scored three goals and created seven assists last year as Ernesto Valverde’s side won another La Liga title and reached the Champions League semi-finals.

He already came close to joining Inter twelve months ago, as Bayern Munich considered a loan deal, but Suning eventually opted to pursue Keita Balde instead.

Antonio Conte spent three years working with Vidal in Turin as the pair won three league titles together for Juventus.

Tuttosport reported yesterday that the Chilean international was a realistic option for Inter, provided Joao Mario and Borja Valero are both sold.
