Inter will only give Mauro Icardi to Juventus if they can have €75-80 million or Paulo Dybala in return, according to Corriere dello Sport.

The Bianconeri are desperately searching for a new centre-forward after their failed bid to sign Romelu Lukaku from Manchester United.

Everything points towards Icardi being the right name for them, as Maurito prepares to have Inter’s no. 9 shirt taken off him and handed to Lukaku.

The paper reported: “Inter’s former captain does not want to leave Milan and has reiterated this to his wife and agent Wanda Nara.

“A charm offensive from Juventus might persuade him to change his mind though, not least because Turin is fairly close to Milan where Wanda and his children live.”

Dybala helped Inter resurrect their pursuit of Lukaku by rejecting a move to Manchester United, thus ruining Juve’s hopes of a swap deal.

The Nerazzurri now hope they can secure La Joya’s signature as well, but this could prove very difficult because the clubs are on terrible terms.

Juve sporting director Fabio Paratici believes Dybala is worth more than Icardi and would want an extra fee with the deal, something Inter don’t want.

It remains to be seen whether the swap deal is a realistic option or if it would prove simply unworkable.
