Inter are currently in talks with Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich over a deal which would see Croatian international winger Ivan Perisic leave the Nerazzurri to join the Bavarian giants.

This according to Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia’s transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio, who reports that talks between the two clubs are at “an advanced stage.”

Furthermore, according to the report, the transfer would be on the basis of a loan however it is unclear if the loan will be together with an obligation or simply an option to sign the player on a permanent basis.

The former would see Inter cash in on a player that seemingly has no future at the club whilst the latter would see the Nerazzurri only not have to pay the Croatian’s wages for the forthcoming season.

Ivan Perisic spent 5 seasons in the Bundesliga with Borussia Dortmund and Wolfsburg before signing for the Nerazzurri in the summer of 2015 for a reported fee of around €16 million.
